Blockparty

This term-long project consisted of three phases: research, process, and a small additional product. I researched the history of illustrative printmaking, later focusing on lino prints specifically. The Blockparty catalog covers the history of popular print methods such as metal printing, lino block printing, and wood 

block printing. The Blockparty lino print process book teaches beginners how to create their own lino prints. Finally, the Practiceblock product features a pre-inked block of lino for new artists to practice technique, allowing them to advance their skills with little pressure on how the piece will turn out.
